Awareness. Acceptance.
Commitment. Change.

Loving life… not just living it.

Individual and Relationship Therapy for Adults

What if I can’t…

I’m just not smart enough.
I’m just not good enough.
I’m just not capable.

But… What if you could?

What if something happens…

It can all go so wrong.
It will be terrifying.
It will all fall apart.

But… What if it didn’t?

What if it doesn’t work out…

I’ll be a failure.
I’ll be alone.
I’ll never be happy.

But… what if it does?

You feel trapped in your own life.

But… what if you’re not?

So where do you start?

Let’s start at the beginning of understanding who you are and how you got here.

Let’s look at what has worked in the past and what hasn’t.

Let’s develop an awareness.

Where do you go from there?

You begin to appreciate who you are.

You acknowledge the changes you’d like to make and believe change is possible.

You develop self-acceptance and commit to working to make your life better.

Do what you CAN do, before you decide what you can’t do.

Now you practice the skills you learn to make the positive changes you decided to make.

Now you love life… not just live it.

Hi, I’m Toni.

Toni Galm

Licensed Professional Counselor, MS, LPC

As a therapist and a person who has needed help at different times in my life, I truly understand the difficulty of change. I’ve been there – and let’s face it, I’ll be there again. We all will because life happens.

There are so many different reasons why we need help, but often people neglect or overlook the importance of getting help when we need it the most… for our mental health. Why?

To put it simply, change is hard and scary, especially when we don’t know where to start. As a result, we tend to suffer in silence, which leads to depression, anxiety, and being unhappy with our lives. We think it’s easier to just wear our mask and get through the day, but life doesn’t have to be something to get through. It can be something beautiful to experience and appreciate.

You need to be proud of taking the first step of seeking help – sometimes that’s the hardest step to take. The walk forward will be much easier with someone by your side.

I can help you learn what changes may be best and teach you how to make them, but you will need to practice and believe that change is possible.

We will work together to help you examine your perspective, develop self-awareness, and learn how to manage emotions under the most stressful of life’s daily pressures. You will learn how to truly be present.

You will love life… not just live it.

Believe change is possible.

Know the cloud will be lifted.

Trust that I can help you.

Reach out and make a difference in your life.
